Ailing Manorama in Apollo Hospital

Veteran actress Manorama has been admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai after she complained of breathlessness. She has been under intensive treatment.

The 74-year-old ‘Achi’, has been ailing for the last one year and recently she had stayed in hospital for one month and undergone treatment.

On Aug.24, she complained of breathing problem. Immediately she was admitted to Apollo Hospital. Hospital sources said her condition was stable and she had been advised to continue her stay in the hospital for observation.

Manorama has more than 1,000 films to her credit Her last film was ‘Ponnar Shankar’ which was released in April last year. She signed a film after she had come out of hospital last time.
