All theatres to close for a day on dam issue

All theatres in Tamil Nadu will close for a day to in support of the ongoing agitation against the Kerala Government's stand on the Mullaperiyar Dam.

Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners Association (TNTOA) general secretary Paneerselvam, who announced this, said members of the Association will be meeting on Dec.5 and decide on the bandh date. It will most probably be on Dec.16, he said. The date will be confirmed after the deliberations at the TNTOA meeting.
