Arjun all set for 'Maasi'

Action king Arjun is all charged up talking about his forthcoming flick Maasi. Maasi is going to be movie about cops fighting goons again, but this time it will be more realistic. Arjun assures that there is more to Maasi than just fight scenes and duets. Interestingly, the title of the movie is the name of the villain in one of Arjun's earlier movie called Marudhamalai. For this, he mentions that the director is confident that the title suits the film.

To justify his title as 'Action King' the actor has always performed daring stunt sequences by himself, in his movies. "Maasi too will have some interesting stunts," he remarks.

Can a movie survive only on action sequences? "You have to package a concept in a racy screenplay, which has enough scope for essential ingredients. A film should have a new message or a fresh idea. That was where flicks such as Gentleman and Mudhalvan scored." quips Arjun.

Because of dearth of heroines in the industry, and also because the few established names are busy; Arjun is going in for debutants. He is going to be paired up with two new heroines. The music is scored by Dhina and Arjun likes the melody on mother's love.

Let's hope the action king manages to sweep the audiences off their feet with his daring attempts.
