Bharath in Tamil remake of 'Jab We Met'

Jab We Met, the Shahid-Kareena starrer Bollywood movie which everybody thought was 'cute' is now getting a Kollywood version.

The Tamil version of the film will be produced by Moser Baer. While Bharath will play the male lead in the Tamil re-make, it will be Tamanna who would be the heroine.

While the name of Suresh Krishna was earlier considered for the director, it's now learnt that Kannan, who had directed the recently released Jeyam Kondaen, will be directing the film. It's great that Jab We Met, which was accorded a warm welcome in Tamil Nadu, gets a Tamil remake. It's also great that Bharath, who has mostly been doing action roles of late, gets cast in a softer kind of role. So, stay put for Kollywood's version of Jab We Met.
