Chinese Kung fu star Yue Song to visit Chennai

Yue Song who directed and played the hero in the Chinese Kung fu movie ‘The King of the Streets’ will be visiting Chennai and other cities in India. A 12-member team will accompany him.

The film was released in China earlier this year. Firoz Elias and Elias of Indo Overseas Films have bought the distribution rights of the film in India. It will hit the screens here in November.

‘The King of the Streets’ is the debut film of Yue Song, who has trained in various martial arts. He and his 12-member team will come to India to promote the film before its release.

Yue Song will give live performances of the stunts in the film in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Kerala.

The film is about a boy who seeks revenge for the death of his parents who were killed eight years ago. He serves a long term in jail for murder. After coming out of the prison, he (Yue Song) fights the local gangsters and finally wins.
