Director Krishna's next film titled 'Nedunchalai'

After 'Sillunu Oru Kadhal' Director Krishna has started shooting his next film titled 'Nedunchalai'. The movie has Aari and Sashivada in the lead.

When he announced the new project, he did not mention the title. Only a few days ago, the film was titled 'Nedunchalai' (Highway). Krishna says the title is apt as the story happens on a national highway and delves into the lives of people who live on roadsides.

Sashivada plays a girl who runs a roadside eatery (dhaba) and Aari dons the role of a fascinating character.

When his attention was drawn to reports that director Vetri Maaran is producing a film titled 'Desiya Nedunchalai' based on his own story, Krishna said, "I have officially registered the title with the Producers Council and they have told me that no such title has been registered until now."
