May 14, 2012 PGV

Parameshwar is directing his next film titled 'Uyir Ezhuthu'. He has written the story, screenplay and dialogue.

He is wielding the megaphone after a long interval. Notable among the films directed by him in the past were 'Surya Paarvai', 'Three Roses', 'Vanakkam Thalaiva' and 'Looty'.

His latest is about fighting terrorism. Four terrorists sneak into a house where three women are staying. They hold the women hostage and take over the house for their operations. The terrorists objective is to destroy the whole city by planting bombs all over if the government does not concede their demand for a huge ransom. But a patriotic Muslim girl foils their plan. Only heroes were hitherto shown to fight terrorists but in this film a woman is pitted against the terrorists.

Syed and Mani are producing the film under the banner of Madras Film Academy.

Mahesh Raja, Moulikumar, Arun and Sathak play the terrorists. Varsha, Prachi and Suryakiran are the heroines.

Vijay Valsan is the cinematographer and Pawan is the music director.

Songs and climax scenes will be shot in Italy. It is expected that the film will be released in two months.
