Ganja Karuppu injured in accident

Popular Tamil actor Ganja Karuppu was injured in an accident that happened recently on the sets of the film Aaru Maname. The film, which has Ganja Karuppu in a dual role, has mostly newcomers in the cast. Ganja Karuppu plays the role of a flower seller and also that of an auto rickshaw driver in the film.

The accident happened at Kovur near Kunrathur, situated near Chennai, when an auto-rickshaw that Ganja Karuppu was driving during the shoot lost control and crashed and overturned.

The actor sustained severe injuries on his hand and was rushed to the hospital. He is reportedly recovering.
