'Hard work never fail' says actress Anuya

Good work seldom goes unnoticed. And bearing testimony to this fact is Anuya. The pretty actress, who early stunned the audience with Jiiva in 'Siva Manasula Sakthi', is currently acting in director Shankar's 'Nanban', the tamil remake of '3 Idiots', that will feature Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth in the lead.

Says Anuya, '' I'm totally excited about working with Shankar sir. And I'm equally kicked about my role, which is a performance- based one. I play the heroine's sister in the film and I've already started shooting for it''. The actress, who is all praise for director Shankar, continued further, ''When we were shooting in Coimbatore for the movie, Shankar sir had to brief me about my character. While doing so, he told me that he had watched my first film 'Siva Manasula Sakthi' and that he liked my performance in it. It was sweet of him to appreciate me in the presence of others''. She also clarified that she is in no hurry to sign movies'' I'm looking for good roles and I'm willing to wait for them''.
