Iniya signs Thankar Bachan's film

Actress Iniya who gave an impressive performance in Sargunan’s ‘Vagai Sooda vaa’ and Arul Mozhi’s ‘Mouna Guru’ starring Arulnidhi, has signed for her next film titled ‘Ammavin Kaipesi’. Iniya will play opposite Shanthanoo.

Thankar Bachan who specializes in making family entertainers will direct the new film.

Iniya was in Chennai a couple of days ago for photo shoot. An exulted Iniya says “I play a college-goer named Selvi who studies in a small town. Shanthanoo and I play the lead roles.”

Rohit Kulkarni is the music director.

Iniya is currently doing another film in Tamil besides one film in Malayalam and one in Telugu.
