Jayam Ravi-Bhavana starrer'Deepavali' in the making

Shooting has been going on for Jayam Ravi pairs with Bhavama -starrer "Deepavali" which sees leading director Lingusamy turn producer.

The director is Fazil ,who gave Vijay super-hit ' Thullatha Manamum Thullum' and "Poovellam Un Vaasam" with Ajit. Fazil , is a good storyteller ,and soft romantic themes have been his forte. Lingusamy was so impressed with the script that he immediately agreed to produce the film himself.It is a love story set in a village. Shooting has been going on for more than 40 days at a huge set erected at Royapuram, a congested area in Chennai.

Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director.

Lingusamy has directed the hits like "Anandam", "Run" and "Sandakkozhi". He is now busy directing Vikram-starrer "Bheema".
