Jiiva's 'Ko' is ready to hit the screens

Cinematographer turned director KV Anand's 'Ko' with Jiiva and Ajmal in the lead has been cleared by the censor board with an 'U' certificate and the film is likely to hit screens by April 15th or 22. And needless to say, Jiiva is quite excited.

Says the 'SMS' actor ''Like my recent film 'Singam Puli', I'm sure 'Ko' will also be received well by every section of the audiences. And, I'm sure our students will want to take up photojournalism after seeing the movie. In the movie, I play a stylish and intelligent role called Ashwin, and I am really happy with the make-over I've had for the songs. It's all set to hit screens in Telugu as well,''. Meanwhile, Jiiva's happy that his yesteryear film 'Raam' with Ameer, has been screened in France. ''It was screened there even last year and I was present at the screening to meet the critics. But sadly, there weren't French subtitles that time. I'd been invited to the screening this year as well, but I'd other commitments. But I'm glad Ameer gave me a film like 'Raam', which took me to places,'' he smiles.
