Feb 14, 2011 PS

AMR Ramesh, the writer and director of 'Kuppi', which was based on the investigation of the former Indian PM Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, is now back with a true love story.

Says Ramesh, 'My second film 'Kadhalar Kudiyiruppu' is a pure love story based on a real life incident, which happened in Bangalore around 1991 to 1993. It's all about a Tamil guy settled in Bangalore who was living in police quarters and went missing. The film tells the story of the man and his sweet heart whose lives change after the 'Babri Masjid demolition'. The Babri Masjid riot scenes were shot in the same locations where they originally took place in and around Bangalore. The movie features newcomers Anish, Shruthi along with Saranya Ponvannan. James Vashanthan scored a wonderful music while camera has been handled by Dwarakanath. The movie is ready to hit the screens on 18th of this month''.
