Lal Jose to make a film in Tamil

Lal Jose, who has given us some wonderfully good Malayalam movies like Classmates, Arabikatha, Achchanurangaatha Veedu, and Meesha Madhavan, is all set to make a film in Tamil, titled Mazhai Varapokuthu.

And teaming up with Lal Jose in this venture is scenarist James Albert, who had scripted Lal Jose's Classmates as well as the Johnny Antony-directed Cycle. Based on story and screenplay by James Albert, Mazhai Varapokuthu will have Daniel Balaji as the hero and the story will be set against a rural backdrop. Script work for the film is in progress and more details are awaited.
