Madhavan to go to Australia for treatment
Nov 22, 2011 PGVActor Madhavan is going to Australia for undergoing treatment for his knee injury sustained while he was shooting for Aamir Khan's 'Three Idiots'.
He had treatment in a Mumbai hospital for the knee injury but it did not give him complete relief. The doctors had then advised him to take rest for three months. As he had hectic shooting schedules, he could not do as the doctors advised him and resumed his work.
Currently he is acting in the Tamil film 'Vettai'. He was dancing for a song when he had excruciating pain in the leg. He had been to Mumbai to consult doctors who reportedly told him that the pain was due to the knee injury.
On his return from Mumbai, he told reporters that he would go to Australia for treatment next month or in January and come back only after he gets fully well.
