Mahath signs Dhayanidhi Alagiri's film

Mahath has signed his next film to be produced by his buddy Dhayanidhi Alagiri.

His last film was Venkat Prabhu's 'Mankatha' starring Ajith. Mahath had played one of the boys with Ajith.

The film, yet to be titled, will be directed by Adhiroopam who has assisted directors Kathir and Bala. Adhiroopam has directed many award-winning short film.

The film will go on floors by April this year. The director plans to shoot the film in Chennai and in interior Tamil Nadu.

Mahath plays a college student who is madly in love with his dream girl.

The process of selecting the heroine and the rest of the cast has been set in motion.
