Making-video of 'Kochadaiyan' released

The making-video of Rajini-starrer 'Kochadaiyan' has been released from London where the first schedule of the shooting is on. The superstar and her daughter Soundarya Aswin, who directs the film, left for London along with director K.S. Ravikumar, who oversees the project, and a 20-member crew left for London on March 17.

Rajini talking to mediapersons on the occasion of the release of the making - video of the film said it is not easy to act in the flick; it is a big challenge. It is not like any other conventional film. The actors should get into the skin of the their characters and perform without costumes and make-up. This is very difficult and it is exactly what we are doing in 'Kochadaiyan' the most important is location which cannot even be imagined, superstar said.

Deepika Padukone plays opposite Rajini. Others cast are Sarathkumar, Jackie Shroff, Shobana, Nasser and Rukmini. A.R. Rahman is the music director. He has already recorded a track by Rajini himself in Chennai a few days before the unit left for London.

State-of-the performance capturing technology is used for this 3D film. This technology was used for making the Hollywood film 'Avatar'.
