The Tamil version of Sri Rama Rajyam in Telugu, which was Nayanthara's last release, a couple of months ago, is all set to hit the screens now. The film has brought her laurels.

A distributor, Kiran, has bought the Tamil dubbing rights and the film will be released most probably in the second week of April. There will be Malayalam version also later.

Sri Rama Rajyam, a mythological flick, starred NTR's son Balakrishna in the lead. Nayanthara played Sita. Director Bapu directed it. Ilayaraja was the music director.

Sri Rama Rajyam tured out to be a big comeback film for Nayan who was rumoured to have parted ways with Prabhu Deva. She has signed a Vishnuvardhan film starring Ajith in Tamil. In Telugu, she has given call sheets for a Rana-starrer directed by Krish. The shooting of this film started in Hyderabad on March 28 with Nayan facing the camera after a gap of nine months.
