Parvathy Omanakuttan in Tamil

Following in the footsteps of former Miss World Aishwarya Rai and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen both of whom made their debut in Tamil Cinema, another former Miss India Parvathy Omanakuttan will be making her debut in Tamil.

Parvathy's first Tamil film is 'Umamaheshwaram'. Directed by Nitin Ramakrishna, it is produced by Rupesh Kumar. The movie's Mahurat took place at AVM Studios in Chennai recently. The film's subject deals with women facing atrocities in their day to day life in the society. Parvathy plays the role of a classical dancer.
