Pooja again in Bala's next film

Actress Pooja has replaced Vedika as the heroine in Bala's new film, which may be titled 'Eriyum Panikkadu'. Bala’s last film was 'Avan Evan' starring Arya and Vishal.

In his new film, Atharva is the hero.

A novel 'Red Tea' by Daniel has been translated into Tamil and the Tamil version is titled 'Eriyum Panikkadu'. Bala may adopt the same title for the film also.

It is said the film is about tea estate workers.

Bala first selected actress Vedika for the lead role in the film. But he has changed his mind and replaced her with Pooja who gave a soul-stirring performance in his much acclaimed film 'Naan Kadavul', which had Arya in the lead.

Bala's team includes music director G.V. Prakash.

PVP Cinemas will produce the film.
