Ramadoss against 'Mayakkam Enna'

Pattaali Makkal Katchi (PMK) leader Anbumani Ramadoss, known to regularly protest against films and celebrities, reappears.

Yes, this time it is Dhanush who falls prey. He's been accused of being caught in between the morals and rules it seems. The actor having been seen smoking and drinking in his recent film 'Mayakkam Enna' is said to have sparked it.

The party leader Ramadoss has stated, "As mentioned in our previous notices that Actors should avoid acts, such as smoking and drinking, that will pollute the minds of the youngsters. But even after the warnings, they seem to over rule it. Also we mentioned that labels stating 'Smoking and Drinking is injurious to health' should be made if those scenes are insisted,".
