Sasikumar is Rajini fan in 'Sundarapandian'

The audio of Sasikumar’s ‘Sundarapandian’ was released recently. The songs have been composed by Raghunandan. The film is scheduled for release on Sept.14.

S.R. Prabhakaran has directed the film produced by Sasikumar on behalf of Company Productions. Lakshmi Menon plays opposite Sasikumar.

In a chat with mediapersons, Prabhakaran said the story is about a hero who rescues a damsel in distress. Sasikumar appears as a fan of superstar Rajinikanth. There are also action scenes.

Besides Lakshmi Menon, the film has Vijay Sethupathi, Iniko Prabhakaran, Appukutty and Suri in the cast.

Prabhakar said it is a commercial film with a touch of realism.

Lakshmi Menon, who was with Prabhakaran, said her first film is Prabhu Solomon’s ‘Kumki’ and she and hero Vikram Prabhu appear in a kissing scene. In ‘Sundarapandian’ also, there is a scene showing her kissing stubbly Sasikumar.
