SRK's Chennai connect

Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan flew into Chennai to call on superstar Rajinikanth who makes a guest appearance in his dream project 'Ra One'. Rajini completed the shooting of his part in Mumbai recently when SRK away in Hyderabad.


SRK earlier launched the album of the Tamil version of 'Ra One'. Vairamuthu wrote the lyrics for the Tamil version.


Present at the audio launch were Abirami Ramanathan, Unni Menon, Santosh Sivan, Soundarya Rajinikanth, Shalini, Janaki, Mani Ratnam and Suhasini.


'Ra One' will release simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu along with Hindi. It may be released in German also.


SRK told mediapersons that the Chennai audience would connect with the film because it's about a South Indian software developer who designs a game for his son.



To the amusement of his fans SRK danced to 'Chammak Challo…'


Once the event was done, the Bollywood hero, accompanied by Soundarya Rajinikanth, drove straight to Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam owned by the superstar to meet him. It is said SRK personally thanked Rajini for doing a cameo in 'Ra One' and wish him all the best for 'Rana'.


SRK has long association with Chennai having worked with talented artistes like Mani Ratnam, Santosh Sivan, Kamal Haasan and Ajith.
