Sundar C returns to direction

Sundar C returns to direction after an interregnum. A few years ago he turned a hero and has acted in half a dozen movies.

He has titled his new film as 'Masala' and signed up Anjali who came into prominence with her heart-rending performance in 'Angadi Theru'.

'Masala' is touted as a comedy film on the lines of Sundar's superhits like 'Ullathai Alli Thaa' and 'Mettukudi'.

This is not the first time Anjali is to work with Sundar C. She starred in 'Aayudham Seivom. in which Sundar played the hero.

Anjali gave a lively performance as Manimegalai in 'Engaeyum Eppothum'.

Currently she is working on Karan's 'Thambi Vettothi Sundaram' and 'Maharaja' and will make a crucial guest appearance in Vasanthabalan's period flick 'Aravaan'.
