This is not the time to do politics - Vijay

'Ilaya thalapathy' Vijay has once again proved that he is the 'king of box office openings'. Though his recent movie 'Kavalan' faced countless problems till it hit the screens, the actor triumphed over all obstacles and the film has been declared a hit at the box office. And here Vijay shares a few words about his career both in cinema and in politics.

Says Vijay,'' I am happy that 'Kavalan' is running well in 350 theatres across Tamil Nadu. As of now, I have forgotten all that I went through. It has given me a new energy and vigor. It's all because of my fans. They gave me all the confidence. Yep, I like politics and I really want to do something for the people. But this is not the correct time for me to enter in politics. Time has brought me as an actor today, and the same will bring me to politics one day. Now I am waiting for the day''.
