Vettaiyadu Vilayadu on Aug 25th

The decks have been cleared for the release of Kamal Haasan-starrer Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu by the end of this month. It is scheduled to release on August 25th. More than 200 prints are ready for the release.

There was a special screening of the film's trailer at Satyam Cinema, Chennai. Producer Manickam Narayanan, Director Gautham Menon and cinematographer Ravi Verman were present.

Talking to media persons at the screening, Narayanan said that they had to cross many hurdles and overcome serious problems. "It took time to solve all the problems;'' he added and expressed confidence that Vettaiyadu would be a blockbuster and its songs are already popular.

A racy thriller, a major portion of the movie co-starring Jyothika and Kamalini Mukherjee with Kamal Haasan, was shot in the United States.
