Vijay in a full swing for 'Velayudham'

Actor Vijay seems so happy at the moment. With his 'Kaavalan' doing a good performance at the box-office, the actor is now busy with his next film 'Velayutham'.

The 'Ilaya thalapathy', as he fondly called, says, 'After some worst moments, my recent flick 'Kaavalan' gets released. The film was initially screened in a number of 360 theatres across Tamil Nadu and then increased to the maximum only because of repeated audience. The film has a neat screenplay in a comedy genre is still doing well at the box-office. And the response which I received for my role in the film gave me some extra energy. Currently, I am in a full swing to complete my next film 'Velayudham' within June''.

It's officially announced that 'Velayudham' will hit the screen on 22nd June this year which also marks the birthday of the actor. It's a coincidence that Ajith's next film 'Mangaaththa' is scheduled to get released on Ajith's B day (May 1st).
