Vijay's 'Appadi Podu...' goes up north?

Vijay's 'Ghilli' released more than seven years back rocked the Box Office and set a new record for lead actors, Vijay and Trisha. The film's songs were equally successful and 'Appadi Podu...' is still famous, not just among Tamil film patrons but many north Indians as well.

Now, this song will be remade in Hindi in the film 'Lucky Unlucky'. The movie will be produced by Simbu's 'Osthi' villain, Sonu Sood, who is also playing the lead in the film along with Mallika Sherawat. 'Lucky Unlucky' will be directed by Ajay Dhama and will be an out-and-out action entertainer.

'Appadi Podu...' had been composed by Vidyasagar and sung by Krishna Kumar Kunnath and Anuradha Sriram.
