It was Charan's mother who gave the first clap to her rising son's new film, a DVV Danaiah production. The event took place today morning at the Annapurna Studios.

Surekha was accompanied by Megastar Chiranjeevi. As always, Allu Arjun made it a point to come to the launching ceremony. Speaking about the movie, VV Vinayak said that the film is about making the wish of a father come true. "I am happy to be working with Ram Charan for the first time. Our film is a blend of action, comedy and entertainment."

Ram Charan, without talking about Vinayak's style, said that the film will have all the trappings of a typical Vinayak film. Akula Shiva expressed happiness that the story has come out well. Also present to bless the star and the director (VV Vinyak) were K Raghavendra Rao, Allu Aravind, B Gopal, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Raja Ravindar, SS Rajamouli and others.
