Days of Tamil heroes on Telugu screen

Hyderabad, July 6 (IANS) Tamil star Vikram makes a strong comeback to Telugu cinema with his latest release "Aparachitudu" doing roaring business. Here's a look at the top five films:

Aparachitudu": Vikram portrays several personalities with consummate ease, while Shankar regains his winning habit after the disastrous "Boys".

"Andharivadu": Chiranjeevi's comic caper is losing steam amidst new releases but the reigning star's appeal keeps it going.

"Chandramukhi": Another Tamil star, Rajnikanth, is doing well on the Telugu screen with his gripping thriller and those who bought it for a reasonable price are laughing all the way to the bank.

"Athanokkade": Young actor Kalyan Ram's promotional skills are helping sustain his maiden hit at the theatres. With the whole Nandamuri family like Harikrishna and Balakrishna backing it, the film could extend its stay.

"Jagapathi": After a good opening, Jagapati Babu's cop story is losing appeal due to the puerile direction of Srinivas.
