I wrote 'Cameraman Gangaa...' for Ravi Teja: Puri Jagannadh

Chennai, Oct 10 (IANS) Southern director Puri Jagannadh, whose upcoming Telugu action movie "Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu" stars Pawan Kalyan, says the script was originally written for Ravi Teja.


"I narrated the story to Ravi Teja four years back. After listening the story, he suggested that I should work with Pawan instead because he would suit the character better than him," Puri told IANS.


When the director approached Pawan with the story, he immediately agreed to work with him.


"Pawan said it was intelligently written and agreed to work with me," said Puri, known for his super hit Telugu films such as "Idiot", "Pokkiri" and "Businessman".


The 46-year-old has written and directed "Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu", which also stars, Tamannaah and Prakash Raj in lead roles. Click the Movie button below for more info:
