Mani Sharma regains top Telugu slot

Hyderabad, July 6 (IANS) Mani Sharma regains the top slot this fortnight with the success of his new album "Athadu".

The top five Telugu albums are:

1. "Athadu": After the musical hit "Okadu", Mahesh and Mani Sharma team up to come up with another hit.

2. "Aparachitudu": Hit composer Harris Jayaraj's "Love Elephantla" and folk number "Konda Kaki" are a rage. Though the album is not on a par with the composer's earlier albums like "Gharshana", the film's huge success has helped it.

3. "Super": After a long hiatus, Hindi composer Sandip Choutha comes back with a peppy album to suit the trendy film. "Ghichi Ghichi" and "Mastana" are racy.

4. "Athanokkade": Mani Sharma's "Chita Pata" is a chartbuster, while the title number is hummable. The star-centric composer delivers a different album.

5. "Andharivadu": After holding the top slot for two weeks, Devisri Prasad's foot-tapping album slips down. Mass numbers "Okati Rendu" and "Kodikura Chilligarey" remain catchy.
