Nana Patekar debuts into a south Indian film

Shooting of 'Kalidas' directed by Bharatiraja and produced by K Lakshminarayana Reddy on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Pictures with Action King Arjun and Kaajal of 'Lakshmi Kalyanam'-fame as heroine and prominent Bollywood artiste Nana Patekar in a key role, was completed recently.

Producer says, 'Presently dubbing, graphic and special effect works were being carried out for both the Tamil and Telugu versions. Recording of songs for the Telugu version was already completed. For the first time Nana Patekar is playing a role in a south Indian film and this would be his debut film.

Himesh Reshammiya is scoring music for the movie and the Telugu dubbing works would be launched in the coming week. We are planning to launch audio by the first week of July. Dialogues are by Ghantasala Ratnakumar, lyrics are by Bhuvanachandra, Vennelakanti, Sahiti, while Somireddy Hariprasad Reddy is presenting the film.
