Hyderabad, Nov 16 (IANS) The music of "Shankardada M.B.B.S." continues to dominate the Telugu film album scene. A look at the top five:

1) "Shankardada M.B.B.S.": The film's audio still holds on to its top place, but it could soon be replaced by a better album. Composer Devisri Prasad has not come up with a memorable album. He has relied more on folk tunes than original ones. His fans hope he will make amends in his next film with Chiranjeevi.

2) "Swaraabhishekam": Viswanath, known for musical hits, could not get the best from Vidyasagar this time. The composer fails to come up with a noteworthy album. Melodies "Oka shanam" and "Kasturi thilakam" are soothing though.

3) "Vidhyardhi": Top composer Mani Sharma, adept at scoring for stars, succeeds in producing a lively, youth-targeting album. Fast-paced numbers "Hyderabad hai rabba" and "Empilla matladavu" are chartbusters. This is a good comeback for Sharma after a brief lean patch.

4) "Vijayendra Varma": The album is picking up. "Maissamma" and "Mandapetalo" have caught on among film music buffs.

5) "Mr. And Mrs. Sailaja Krishnamurthy": Debutant composer Rohit Roy shows promise. He tries to break from the routine to offer something different. "Ammayi Manasante" and "Asale Chalikalam" sound interesting. The album would have done better if the film had clicked.
