'Stalin' is top Telugu film

Hyderabad, Oct 20 (IANS) "Stalin", with record collections of Rs.240 million in the first two weeks, is still on top of this list.

The top five Telugu films are:

1. "Stalin" - Chiranjeevi-starrer may not surpass the overall record collections of Rs.400 million set by "Pokiri", with crowds beginning to thin at theatres.

2. "Boss" - The film has opened well. But the appeal of Nagarjuna and Nayantara may not suffice to keep it going at the box office.

3. "Bommarillu" - The Siddharth-Genelia magic and the huge publicity are sustaining the feel-good entertainer.

4. "Pogaru" - After big hit "Pandem Kodi", Vishal draws huge crowds for his latest release "Pogaru" ("Thimiru" in Tamil), heralding his arrival in Telugu filmdom.

5. "Pokiri" - After grossing Rs.420 million, the action thriller is racing towards its silver jubilee
