Hyderabad, June 8 (IANS): After the blockbuster "Aadi", the heady combination

of NTR Jr and director Vinayak is back again in "Samba", slated for release on June 9.

"My dream to do a film for my guardian, Naani, has been fulfilled," says NTR Jr, who also describes the producer of the movie, Naani, as his friend, philosopher and guide.

"Since nine is our lucky number, we wanted it to be together for my ninth film," he adds.

Actresses Bhumika and Genelia play the female leads, while ace composer Mani Sharma scores music for this star-centric extravaganza.

"It's a larger-than-life role sketched by writer G.S. Rao and Vinayak has shaped it up into an all-round movie," says NTR Jr who dedicates his films

to his fans.

"I will to keep aside every worries including that about repetition and just do films that bring happiness to my fans and audience," said the namesake of Nandamuri Tara Rama Rao (NTR), who straddled the Telugu movie and political

arenas like a colossus, and the scion of the Nandamuri family.

Vinayak, inching towards the top as a director, describes the film as "a big entertainer with a good dose of action."

He says that he could do his best because producer Naani "gave me a free hand to choose and spend according to my requirements."

Vinayak says Mani Sharma'a album is a chartbuster. True to his word, the audio is selling like hot cake, setting new records.

"Though NTR Jr looks young, he has grown in stature with just a few films," says Naani, who is also member of the Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly.

"After the success of the audio, now it is the turn of the film to hit bull's eye," says the man who intends to price his film "nominally" to help

buyers who lost money in "Andhrawala".
