Nivin Pauly in Mani Ratnam's film?

Talented director Mani Ratnam’s last outing was Kadal with Arvind Swamy, Arjun, Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair. He is said to be working in this next and there were numerous speculations about the project regarding the cast and crew. The confirmed news that came in some time back was that Dulquar Salman, son of Mammotty will play the lead role in the film.

Now there are talks that Nivin Pauly, the hero of Neram is also on board Mani Ratnam’s project. However, sources close to Mani Ratnam camp deny this and say that the details will be announced by the director when things are finalized.
