'Njan D P Pallikkal' changed to 'Monsoon Mangoes'

Fahad Fazil’s upcoming movie which was reportedly titled ‘Njan D P Pallikkal’ is changed to ‘Monsoon Mangoes’. The shooting of the film is complete.

The movie is the debut directorial venture of Abi Varghese, the director of the Malayalam sitcom “Akkarakazhchakal”. ‘Monsoon Mangoes’ is completely shot in America.

The film revolves around an NRI, played by Fahad Fazil. The movie narrates the hardships faced by non resident Indians in the United States.

Aiswarya Menon is the heroine. Nandu, Ambika, Tovino Thomas, Vinay Forrt, Sanju Sivaram, Thambi Antony, Catherine Philips, Alensiar Le Lopez, and Vijay Raz also do important roles.

Monsoon Mangoes’ is scripted by Abi Varghese, Naveen Bhaskar, and Matt Grubb. New Orleans is the main location for the movie which gives great prominence to humor.
