'Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha' in digital version

M T – Hariharan classic ‘Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha’ is all set for a re-release in digital format. In other languages the digital versions of yesteryear classics have been released and were huge successes.

The movie which released 25 years ago had won many National and State awards including the Best Actor Award for Mammootty. M T was adjudged the best scenarist in national level and state level for the screenplay of ‘Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha’.

The movie which is considered to be a cult classic is one of the best movies ever made in Indian Cinema. According to Hariharan, the director of the movie, such an attempt will give an opportunity to the new generation to view the movie in latest technology.

The work of digitalization is progressing and is expected to complete shortly. However the release date is not yet announced. Apart from Mammootty, Suresh Gopi, Captain Raju, Balan K Nair, Madhavi, and Geetha were the other main actors.
