Pakistan in Rajasthan

May 6, 2014 NR

Major Ravi’s Prithviraj movie ‘Picket 43’ narrates the friendship between an Indian and a Pakistani soldier. For shooting the schedules in Pakistan, a shooting set of Pakistan is being created in Rajasthan. A whole village has been changed for this. This is the native village of the Pakistani soldier in the movie.

Three different weather conditions are to be picturized; the snow clad buildings during heavy snowfall in Kashmir and the newly grown fresh, green trees and plants after the snowfall. The dry weather in Rajasthan is another location. Pakistan is also shot here.

The shoot of the film has started in March and is progressing at a brisk pace. Jomon T John is the cinematographer.
