Parvathy performing Mohiniattam in Trivandrum

Actress Parvathy who was on a sabbatical post marriage is now back to limelight. This time it will not be on the screen but on the stage. The trained Mohiniattam dancer has stayed in touch with the dance form. She will perform in Trivandrum soon. Parvathy had earlier performed in Guruvayoor.

The actress says her husband Jayaram had no apprehensions about her coming back on stage but she felt jittery. Parvathy says she has been practicing hard from May and is excited and nervous at the same time.

On why she kept away from dancing for long, she said she has always been interested in Mohiniattam but films kept her busy. She says the passion in her has remained the same and now she has found time after bringing up her children.
