'Peruchazhi' to Tamil?

According to reports, Kamal Hassen has plans to remake Mohanlal-starrer 'Peruchazhi' in Tamil. The news came out through a well known entertainment portal.

Arun Vaidyanathan's political satire 'Peruchazhi' has Mohanlal and Mukesh in the lead roles as politicians. The lion share of the movie was shot in US. 'Peruchazhi' is produced by Vijay Babu and Sandra Thomas under the banner of Friday Films.

It is reported that Kamal Hassen took notice of the movie after the release of its teaser and the pre-discussions for the remake has already happened. It was earlier reported that 'Peruchazhi' will be remade in Hindi with Sanjay Dutt in the lead role.

Now Kamal Hassen is busy with the Tamil remake of Mohanlal-starrer super hit movie 'Drishyam', titled 'Papanasham'.
