Prabhas' Brother gets one year imprisonment

Krishnam Raju's family is one of the richest and powerful families in film industry. Young Rebel Star Prabhas is one of the highest paid actors. He recently garnered national wide fame with the super success of Baahubali — The Beginning. Needless to say, the family is totally elated with all this. But now they are in for a big shock.

Prabhas' elder brother, Prabodh got one year imprisonment in relation to a cheque bounce case. Prabodh reportedly gave a 43 Lakh cheque to a Secunderabad based Businessman some time ago. The cheque was dishonoured by the bank due to the lack of funds in the bank account and the businessman filed a case on Prabodh.

After several hearings, a Rajendranagar Magistrate court on Tuesday gave one year imprisonment to Prabodh. He was also asked to pay Rs 80 lakh to the businessman within two months from the date of judgement. This came as a shock to every one since a rich and popular family like that of Krishnam Raju's can easily settle the issue out of court. Lets see if they approach a higher court over this!
