Prithiviraj to play football

The people of Malabar love football very much and they give great importance to this game in their life. The story of this ardent love for football is framed on the silver screen by fashion photographer and ad film maker Jamesh Kottakkal.

Prithviraj will play the protagonist in this movie which narrates the history and the present state of football in Malabar and Malappuram. The movie is titled ‘The Beautiful Game’.

The story and script of the debut movie of Jamesh is written by newcomer Ajay Kumar. Many well known football players of India and other countries too are part of the cast along with Prithviraj.

The movie also picturizes the intoxicating effect of football on the people of Malappuram which is all getting ready to welcome this year’s World Cup football in Brazil.
