Prithviraj to be Mammootty's villain

After the super hit movie ‘Pokkiriraja’ Mammootty and Prithviraj are teaming up again for a mega project.

If the reports can be believed, Mammootty and Prithviraj are again joining for the movie ‘Arival Chuttika Nakshathram’ directed by ace film maker Amal Neerad.

In their films together, Prithviraj played Mammootty’s fan in ‘One way Ticket’ and his brother in ‘Pokkiriraja’. In this movie, Prithviraj will be Mammootty’s villain.

Scripted by Shankar Ramakrishnan, 'Arival Chuttika Nakshatram' portrays the period 1940-1950, dealing with the life of the members of the Communist Party and their family. But the director confirmed that the movie is not a political thriller.

Prithviraj is now busy with ‘Double Barrel’, along with Indrajith, Asif Ali, and Arya. Amal Neerad has announced another project with Mammootty, titled ‘Style Ka Bapp’ which will reportedly be produced by Anwar Rasheed.

‘Arival Chuttika Nakshathram’ will be produced by Prithviraj, Shaji Nadeshan, and Santhosh Sivan under the banner of August Cinemas. Gopi Sunder will compose music for the lyrics by Rafeeq Ahmed.
