Priyanka Chopra congratulates Mary Kom

Priyanka Chopra praises Indian boxing champion M.C. Mary Kom for reaching the semi-finals of the 17th Asian Games, and says she is the real champ.

“Congrats @mangtec! You constantly prove you r the champ that makes history. Grateful to have told your story! So proud (sic)”, the actress tweeted on Sunday.

Omung Kumar's directorial venture "Mary Kom”, a biopic on the Indian boxing sensation, released earlier this month and was lauded by the Hindi film fraternity. It was Priyanka who played the title role of the Manipuri boxing champion.
