'Puluvan Mathai' to go on floors from April

Anoop Menon-Saji Surendran team’s new movie ‘Puluvan Mathai’ will go on floors from April. The team’s upcoming movie ‘She Taxi’ is getting ready for release.

In ‘Puluvan Mathai’, Anoop Menon plays the title character of Mathew aka Mathai who easily tricks others. The movie touted to be a political satire is scripted by Krishna Poojappura.

It is quite unexpectedly that Mathai who works in a stable in Dubai becomes part of the political scenario of Kerala. The resulting interesting events form the plot of the movie.

Though the movie discusses the actualities of Kerala politics, ‘Puluvan Mathai’ is not a political movie as such, according to the makers.
