Puriyaadha Pudhir postponed at the last minute

Pongal race for Tamil films had included Vijay’s Bairavaa, Vijay Sethupathi’s Puriyaadha Pudhir and Parthiban’s Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga. But a sudden announcement from the producer JSK Sathish Kumar camp revealed that the film is postponed.

The note mentioned, “Due to unavoidable reasons, the release of Puriyaadha Pudhir has been postponed. Hence we request your good self to kindly hold back the interviews of the cast and crew until further notice”.

The film had been much awaited by Vijay Sethupathi fans and movie buffs as the trailer had suggested quality content and good cinema going experience. Sources suggest that the right kind of theatres were not available for this Ranjith Jeyakodi directorial.
