PV Sindhu biopic to be made by Sonu Sood

PV Sindhu is the pride of India who made every Indian feel proud with her silver medal in the Rio Olympics. Her story is going to be made into a film which will be produced by actor/producer Sonu Sood. The director and the actress who are going to be in the project are yet to be decided.

Sonu Sood got his team to research Sindhu's life and put together a script before he met her to discuss the movie. When asked why he decided to make this film, Sonu said, "When Sindhu won the Olympic medal, I thought of making a biopic on her and started researching. Reading about her journey, she would travel 50 kms daily to the badminton camp from her home to practice. I was motivated to make this film."

Later Sindhu also tweeted to share her happiness on this. She said, “Looking forward to the biopic 2 b made by Sonu Sood & team.hope it inspires millions 2 follow their dreams.Thanks @SonuSood @baselineventure”.
