Queen Tamil version is titled Paris Paris

Queen, the Hindi film that had Kangana Ranaut in the lead was a much celebrated film that won the actress a National Award for the Best Actress. The film is being remade in Tamil and Kannada and a press meet was conducted recently when the director Ramesh Arvind and heroine Kajal Aggarwal had an interaction with the media. The film in Tamil is titled as Paris Paris

Ramesh Arvind says, “It is the powerful theme of Queen, which attracted me first. When we were looking out for an actress to essay the female centric strong role, the first one who came to our mind was Kajal Aggarwal. She is a perfect combination of beauty, talent and enthusiasm. I have made changes in the script to suit the Tamil nativity and hence roped in poet and writer Tamizhachi Thangapandian for dialogues and lyrics. Kajal will be seen playing a girl from Virudhunagar and then the story travels to Paris, Amsterdam and London.”

On her part, Kajal said, “I am very excited to be part of the Tamil remake of Queen. I watched the original and the film is very dear to my heart. I will do the protagonist role in my own style and language”. Click the Movie button below for more info:
